Although I endeavour to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colours may vary slightly.

All payments are taken in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and are charged at the current exchange rate.
R E T U R N S
Although generally Isabella Edgecombe does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, please do inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we can work to resolve your concerns. Refunds will only be applicable where Isabella Edgecombe is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Isabella Edgecombe. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Isabella Edgecombe within 16 business days of date of delivery. Note. The customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.

Paypal is the most secure way of shopping online. When you purchase using Paypal, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected.
I N T E R N A T I O N A L S H I P P I N G A N D D E L I V E R Y
Packages sent internationally are posted with Australia Post - each package is registered with a tracking number. Isabella Edgecombe will not be accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during shipment internationally. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Isabella Edgecombe. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Isabella Edgecombe is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. The products covered by each contract (i.e. accepted order) are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Isabella Edgecombe cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.

Isabella Edgecombe is not liable to pay any of the buyers international import taxes or duties associated with the purchase and delivery of the artwork/s to the destination company. The buyer assumes all responsibility for these possible costs. I recommend speaking with your local customs department is you are concerned about any artwork import taxes or duties associated with the purchase of an artwork from this website.
